Will Smythe
PARTNER | COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Will oversees our commercial business development and works exclusively with commercial teams to understand and execute their vision. He has proudly served 11 years as a US Army Officer and combat veteran, as well as a Partner in a local commercial and residential development start up company.
A serial hobbiest, Will participates in all things outdoors—especially if it includes his family and friends. He recently started racing dirt bikes and bow hunting and thinks those two hobbies might stick.
Matthieu Wilson
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Matt grew up in the Midwest, but has lived in Greenville since 2013. With a background in ministry and accounting, he has a keen eye for details and focuses on AR/AP and budget management, preconstruction management, as well as the day-to-day business operations.
He and his wife, along with their three girls, enjoy visiting local coffee shops, the nearby mountains, and taking family trips to the beautiful Upstate lakes.
RON WINEGARD
PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager, Ron provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction—including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Prior to joining Truitt, Ron worked for the SC Department of Natural Resources as a Game Warden (Pickens/Oconee counties). He recently retired from the law enforcement profession with 27 years of service. He enjoys spending time with my family, deer hunting, turkey hunting, and Furman football.
